I think a lot of ladies (and men) have the same trouble area. THE STOMACH! How about we commit to flattening our stomach in 30 days? To join the group, post a picture of your "before" stomach. In 30 days, we will ALL reveal our "after" stomach in the same clothes and position as the before picture. Who's down???

Hey y'all! This week will be the initial posting of your "before" stomach. Don't be too shy or ashamed to post! We ALL need work on this area! In 4 weeks, we will all post an "after" pic. This is not to shame anyone, but to add a layer of commitment to flattening our stomachs!

Please join this group by Friday, July 10 to keep everything fair! We want everybody to have 30 days to diet/workout. Remember, when you join, post a "before" stomach pic under the specified thread.

Let's Get Started! Post Your Before Pic
Okay y'all...excuse my tardiness..... I went on vacation this weekend and forgot to put up my "before" picture yesterday. Let's all do this by THIS Friday, July 17! We will post our "after" pic on Saturday, August 15. Face shot not needed, just the stomach area.
