Hey y'all! This week will be the initial posting of your "before" stomach. Don't be too shy or ashamed to post! We ALL need work on this area! In 4 weeks, we will all post an "after" pic. This is not to shame anyone, but to add a layer of commitment to flattening our stomachs!
