hi yall , so Ive lost around 70-75 lbs and I still have about 130lbs to lose, I swear it gets harder , I have not lost even a pound in 6 months !! need some help or something

what I can not handle
I have learned there are certain foods that I just can not control. I am gradually weeding them out completely. I realize if it is not in the house , I cant eat it. Prep for the Week
I'm going to try something new and do some prep work for my meals this week. I find myself eating out way too much when I don't have things I can grab quickly and have when I get busy at work. What ideas do you have for lunches that are quick to throw together or things you can prep on the weekend to use all week?
