If you are in this group then you should need to lose at least 100LBS....I encourage everyone to add each other to their friends list on here

Publically share your calorie goals for the week and if your meeting them

I personally am sticking to only foods that come with a label for now as its easier for me to keep track....once I am in the routine of recording all my food for a few weeks I am going to start incorporating fresh foods as well

    My goal is to stay under my MFP calorie goal and to work out at least 3 days this week. I also need to cut back on the soda and get some water in my life.

    Hi I'm down 47 lbs but still have about 135 to lose. Add me if you like and we can encourage each other :)

    I am new to the group, so glad to have found it. I have lost 80, then gone back and forth with loosing and gaining the same 20-30lbs. Have about 110 to go now.... Would love to have more MFP friends from the group. Anyone feel free to add me! :) Thanks
