Publically share your calorie goals for the week and if your meeting them
I personally am sticking to only foods that come with a label for now as its easier for me to keep track....once I am in the routine of recording all my food for a few weeks I am going to start incorporating fresh foods as well

My goal is to stay under my MFP calorie goal and to work out at least 3 days this week. I also need to cut back on the soda and get some water in my life.0

I am new to the group, so glad to have found it. I have lost 80, then gone back and forth with loosing and gaining the same 20-30lbs. Have about 110 to go now.... Would love to have more MFP friends from the group. Anyone feel free to add me! Thanks
