Tips?
For those who have done this before, do you have any tips or things to look out for? I have not done C25K before and would appreciate any wisdom you may have. One tip I found helpful on the C25K app, was to breathe from your stomach, not from your chest. Also breathe through your nose only...not your mouth. :flowerforyou:
Week 1
wow! Just finished day 2 and it was easier than day 1. I've found jogging at s slower pace makes it easier for me to make it through the 30 min. How was your week? Thoughts?

I will do W2D3 tomorrow! Week 2 seems much easier than W1 as others have said too! I thought it was just me! Lol! Im looking forward to running again tomorrow! I am also using the Fitness 22 apps to do some push ups and sit ups in the same format. I need to keep working my muscles in addition to what I do with my C25k…
How's everyone doing?
I had a rough run yesterday and had to repeat today - yesterday had me feeling pretty weak and disheartened. I'm glad I got out and tried again, though! How are all of you doing?
Cross training?
What are all of you doing in addition to c25k, if anything? I'd really like to work out 6 days per week for a full 60 minutes, but I don't want to overdo it and injury myself either. Thoughts?
