Heya! This is my second time on MFP. After the craziness of the last few years I've found I have let myself go a lot a little bit. So I'm back to get back down to where I would like to be to feel good about myself. Looking forward to hopefully make some new friends on here to keep each other motivated.

Just curious, do you all add sex into your workout as far as calories burned? I was just on break and that just popped into my head and wondered if others think that. 🤭 #sillyme

Let's discuss our diets
eating correctly to achieve our desired results has become more complicated than I ever expected it to be. I've learned that it's all about chemistry and timing. Going to the gym 5 times a week won't do the trick unless our diets are in tow. Any comments?

hi im back on this site after a 4st weight gain during all the lockdowns . gone from 10st 6 to 14st 6 and now need to lose the excess flab. support would be great abd hopefully. i can support you in your goals too. get in touch

Tyler 27 new hope u guys are good l, I have lost almost 50 lbs and I continue to do good, I am doing workouts 4 days a week and on a diet food wise
