Let's discuss our diets

eating correctly to achieve our desired results has become more complicated than I ever expected it to be. I've learned that it's all about chemistry and timing. Going to the gym 5 times a week won't do the trick unless our diets are in tow. Any comments?

    Totally agree with you! Im usually try to watch what I eat but now calculating my macros it made me realize " oh *kitten*, I need alot of adjusting" 🤦🏻‍♂️😂
