Wondering how or if u track exercise and if that means u adjust calories for the day? It seems like this plan is same goals each day -10% carbs on rest days so I was going to not track training…
I don't have the option within app to upgrade...it's just not there. Does the hack only work on your desktop, rather than over mobile? I only use over mobile....
