Hi all

Great to have this group - let's see how discussions work!! I have no idea so sorry in advance if it is annoying!

Wondering how or if u track exercise and if that means u adjust calories for the day? It seems like this plan is same goals each day -10% carbs on rest days so I was going to not track training at all.

Just wondered what everyone else does.
Hope you are having a good week. I had a big night on the vino last night - oops

Cheers, Hels

I'm not tracking as mfp adjusts calories if you do

Oh my gosh! That's so annoying!!!!! I am tracking for the first time today and put my exercise in and mfp has kindly updated all my calories and macros....!!!!! Hope I haven't done too much damage. Removing it now! At least it happened before dinner!

I just started today and I am using a good old fashioned notepad and pen to track my workouts. My other half has used the bulk and cutting guides so he told me to write down the exercises in a notepad, keep track of the weights I use. If I feel I can increase the weight next time, put a little arrow beside it and so then when I come back to week A in four weeks, I can easily see what I did last time and whether I should increase from the outset. I think it's a good idea so just thought I'd share. Kim
