How do you manage celiac symptoms?
I'm a first generation celiac in the process of being formally diagnosed. It doesn't run in my family yet I got lucky. Counting calories has always been a challenge for me, but now it's a difficult matter of survival. In those miserable instances where you consume gluten, unknowingly- what do you do to manage the symptoms?…
What is the one thing you miss most with gluten?
For me I'd have to say burgers. Not homemade either...I can use a GF by here. I'm talking about going out and ordering a nice juicy burger! I'm not even a huge burger person but not being able to order one sucks!

Gluten Free and Feeling Stuck @ Lunch
Hi, my name is Amanda and I just recently started tracking on MFP again. I've been GF for 4 years and am feeling stuck in my lunch time routine. What are some of your favorite work friendly lunches?
Carbs!
I find it harder to control the carb intake with the GF foods! I was so excited whenever I found something that said "Gluten free" that I didn't even bother to look at any other nutritional info. I was warned by a coworker who is Celiac and has been living with it for years, that I would gain weight if I wasn't…
Gluten Free Cooking
How careful are you when you cook or bake? I'm still learning that gluten is in everything! A lot of the times I would just sub my GF flour.
