Was very disappointed after browsing similar groups in this category under 'most popular' to find they were all inactive. I think there is a huge need for support in this area.
I've been alcohol free for over a month with the help of Naltrexone. It's been amazing for me. I have also done a lot of reading, podcasts, self learning on the subject. I'm very high functioning and high bottom which I think presents unique problems in the area of alcohol cessation.
All are welcome that want to or have already removed alcohol from their lives.
