Since I last posted, about 5 years ago, I fell off the wagon and went up to 320 lbs. Then in May started a good diet and am now down to 232, but I still have a long way to go. I am hoping to find others to communicate with. Oh, and I am still over 40, way over.
Did I scare everyone off?
:) Morning Gator I figured we should have a title for our daily check in's LOL Goals for today again 1. Exercise when I get home from work. 2. Increase my water intake by 8 oz 3. Put back all the furniture and stuff I'll let you know how I do.

I'm 63, can I still get in? It looks like this group needs members so I'll jump in and see if it goes, hopefully it will. I have lost 31 lbs since joining and need to lose another 100+, so I am in it for the long haul. So far so good, I have been able to get my eating under control and am feeling better and better about…
