Just tuning into this one
Its official, I am a late bloomer. I just found out about this and I'm excited about adding this to my workout. My first class is tomorrow. It looks like it is a great workout and will do these jiggly arms some justice.
Bokwa Calorie Burn
Just wondering how many calories you guys burn during Bokwa! I'm 5'7" and 170 lbs, I burn about 650 during a Level 1 class. I'm a newbie though, so that might change.
