I tried Ideal Protein and did very well but then the pounds starting creeping back up. I couldn't stand the thought of going back on that strict regiment. My niece started Profile and I checked it out. Love the plan. More flexible and I love the soups. I hated IPs soups. Some people like them, just not for me. Now my niece, myself and my daughter are all on it. I got a Dr. referral and got a discount. Plus when you refer someone both you and them get four free boxes. Loving it so far.

8 weeks done.
I just completed 8 weeks on Profile. I am proud to say I am down 25 pounds. Some days it is easy but others are hard. We head to the in-laws tomorrow for 5 days! This will be quite the test of my will power!

Snow day
