Ok ladies....how are you feeling? The hardest week is almost over. I always find the first week to be the toughest becuase you're changing up your normal routine....what do you think???
How was your weekend? Mine wasn't too good with the calorie but I did move a lot more than I do when I'm at school. I don't count this extra moving as exercise, because it wasn't purposeful for me...but I did spring up out of bed this morning at 4:30 to get my workout in!! Woo-hoo...what a way to start off a great week!

We made it through the first day, woo-hoo! What did you find was the hardest/easiest thing to manage? If you made a change to the weekly calendar, what is it?
