We made it through the first day, woo-hoo! What did you find was the hardest/easiest thing to manage? If you made a change to the weekly calendar, what is it?
The easiest to manage was the calorie intake, and the hardest was eating the 5 servings of fruit/veggies!! I have a better plan for this line item; I'm going to try to see if I can execute it today and keep up with the water!
My only change to the calendar was not working out 30 minutes per day but keeping track of my workouts and working out no less than 4 hours per week. If I reach this goal then I get a point a day if not, then I don't get any points for the week!!

My hardest part is not eating after 7 pm. I crave snacks even after a good dinner. Last night, I went with some herbal tea and just stayed out of the kitchen.
I swapped out the water goal and added in a personal goal to stay below my daily recommended carb intake on myfitnesspal. Carbs/sweets can be my downfall when it comes to overeating so I want to monitor my intake closely.
Any suggestions on how to stay on track over the weekend?0 -
I am not going to add my calorie burn at the end of the day. I am going to do it throughout the day and I am going to exercise a little in the morning.:flowerforyou:0
