Nutrition is just as important as working out. Losing weight requires a caloric deficit which means you have to burn more calories than you consume. Cut out high calorie and fast foods and see the weight fall off!

To easily transition into your program, only eat half of your normal meal. For example, if you get a meal at a restaurant only eat half and save the rest for the next meal. Stop eating BEFORE you get full!

I was 200 calories from my limit before i had dinner. Needless to say im 325 over now. Im going to have to workout more, cuz i sure aint eating less :)
