when do mommies make time for exercise?
I work full time and have a 2 year old son. I started a gym membership in June 2012 and am proud to say I still have it. I try to go 4 nights a week. I wait until my son goes to bed, because I only get about 3 hours after work for family time. Some nights I'm so tired that going to the gym is the last thing I want to do.…
"baby fat" and/or "belly fat"
Any ideas on how to get rid of it? I have muscles under there, but my baby/belly fat is hiding it! help!
