hey guys! Anyone have any great zone breakfasts from the first day? I did a 3 block breakfast with 1 egg and 2 egg whites scrambled (2 protein and 2 fat), 3 turkey bacon (1 protein), 1/2 tsp peanut butter on an apple (1 fat and 2 carbs) and 1/2 cup of blueberries (1 carb).
