Veggie-HIIT Adventurers
Group of Terry's friends and blog followers, who are trying the following principles:
- Friends make everything easier!
- Changing eating habits and improving heath and fitness can be a grand adventure.
- Commit to goal of almost daily 10-20 minute high-intensity workouts
- We'll monitor food intake to consume 120 or less carbs each day
- We'll ensure 50% of food at each meal is vegetables
