Not eating enough

I was chastised by the Gremlin in the app:( It's hard to work and make sure to get enough calories during the day; unfortunately I end up consuming most food in the evening. Working on it:)

    Would it work to take a smoothie to work to drink at some point during the day? Also, some finger type vegetables and keep some nuts at your desk might prove to be helpful............. they have healthy fats and protein that are great for fuel and assist in keeping our blood sugar in control. I eat around 15 to 30 nuts and/or peanut butter almost every day. I'm not craving sweets anymore, and nuts are my go to snack when I'm a bit hungry.
