I'm new to paleo. I decided to do paleo after stepping on the scale and seeing I weigh almost 300 lbs. I have alot of questions as far as what is allowed and what isn't. I found an app of the paleo food list, but I feel like it may be short changing on the veggies. Any advice?
Hello, I have chosen to eat a mostly paleo diet because it is what most closely fits what my SatSang/Oriental diet is suppose to be. It is tough to follow especially when I travel but it is what I feel most healthy on. Elizabeth
