I'm new to paleo. I decided to do paleo after stepping on the scale and seeing I weigh almost 300 lbs.
I have alot of questions as far as what is allowed and what isn't. I found an app of the paleo food list, but I feel like it may be short changing on the veggies.
Any advice?

This is a pretty good place to start. Primal is essentially Paleo but high quality dairy is allowed. If you have any issues of course you can just ignore dairy when it's brought up. But essentially, eat real, whole foods. Avoid processed food products. Oils can be tricky so read up on them.
