How much did you exercise today????? Lets post our goals
Last week I focused mainly on aerobics/cardio, I think this week I'm going to mix it up with more calisthenics. I gained 0.8 lbs., I'm hoping it was water retention or muscle gain....lol, only time will tell! Keep up the good work ladies!
Ok ladies....we can do this ...remember there are lots of foods with low calories.....

It's almost the weekend.....over half way through the first week!! Keep up the good work, don't get discouraged.....nothing happens overnight!! The payoff is going to be priceless.....remember, in the wise words of John Dusik, " No Fattys by the pool this year"! Lmao!!
