Mix it up

Last week I focused mainly on aerobics/cardio, I think this week I'm going to mix it up with more calisthenics. I gained 0.8 lbs., I'm hoping it was water retention or muscle gain....lol, only time will tell! Keep up the good work ladies!

    That's what I try to do. I jog/walk on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays. On Wednesday and Friday, I do 30 day shred or use my resistance bands. On Sunday or Monday I do yoga with nothing on the other day.
  • I need to find the time to get back to exercising daily. I did get up earlier today and stretched for 15 minutes. Its a start.
