The challenge is simple:
- No sugars (not fruits)
- No overly processed (refined) foods (fast food/junk)
- No dairy (if lactose intolerant)
- Diary Sharing
- Accountability
- Encouragement and motivation

RESPECT IS PRIMORDIAL. No judgement, no negative comments or bullying of members will NOT be tolerated in this group.

To define. Refined food i.e. white bread, corn syrup, refined grains, deep fried food, and fast foods, items like this are what we will be avoiding.

Foods in their most natural state are our goal! Organics? I am loosely holding to that.
