If you like spinach dip, Trader Joe's has a spinach and kale greek yogurt dip that is 30 calories per serving. It is really yummy. Also, Dr. Praeger's spinach pancakes have only 80 calories. I cook mine in the toaster oven without any extra oil or butter. They, too, are very tasty.
Barriers start to pop up usually after the first week or so of being on the program. What things can you identify early on and find solutions early? Sometimes, the biggest barrier is the things you are saying to yourself. My barrier is often, I hate running....lol
