The perfect pair of shorts
Hi! I wear a size 16 and am looking for a comfortable pair of pull up shorts that are summer friendly but also fashionable - I'm thinking Bermuda shorts. Do you wear shorts and if so can you give me any advice? I don't wear shorts but I would like to try it this summer. Thanks!
Rest & Fitness
Hi - The meaning of the group name Aging Grace is because I have a desire to age gracefully. I believe that rest plays a big part in the equation. What do you think is more important - rest or fitness. If I don't get enough rest - I usually don't feel up to exercising the next day. Do you sacrifice rest to exercise? Thanks!
Exercise Plans that work
When I'm committed it's good but then I fall off the wagon. My standard exercise plan is the stationary bike in the morning for 20 to 30 minutes. On mornings when I don't have the energy to cycle - I do a pilates/ yoga mix. Tell us what works for you?
