6 Week Weight Loss Challenge!
Hi everyone, and welcome to the 6 Week Weight Loss Challenge!
I'm so glad you've joined me for this challenge, and I can't wait to get started! The rules are simple:

- To really jump start our challenge, for the first week refrain from soda, bread, red meat, alcohol, pasta, and sweets.
- After the first week, continue to eat as clean as you can, but do allow yourself a cheat treat on Wednesdays.
- Take a "Before" photo on day 1. You don't have to share it with the group, but having a picture will help motivate you. It's also fun to see the "After" photo when we're done!
- Saturdays and Sundays are rest days, so enjoy them. You can move around the rest days to fit your schedule better if you need to.
- Follow the workout schedule attached to this post for the next 6 weeks.
- This workout is meant for beginners, so feel free to add more intensity to each workout if needed.
- Weigh in every Sunday!
