Sunday- Weigh in
Monday- 30 min walk, 50 crunches, 50 squats, 50 jumping jacks
Tuesday- 30 min walk, 25 squats, 25 crunches
Wednesday- small treat, 30 min cardio, 25 lunges, 30 min deep breathing
Thursday- 30 min walk, 10 min walk up and down stairs, 25 leg raises
Friday- 30 min walk, 40 squats, 50 crunches
Saturday- Rest
Each day, try to add more reps to each exercise. Challenge yourself, but do not overdo it.

Hi, I think I'm a bit older but really want to lose weight. I have been attempting to eat clean the past few weeks which average success and exercising a lot more. I do good with challenges and hopefully being accountable to someone will also help. I have family members that I'd love to set a good example for too. thanks for starting this group.0
