VCBC 8 Week Fitness Challenge
This is an 8 week challenge for the members of the VCBC, though anyone is welcome to join.
We're going to start on 10/17/2016 and end our challenge on 12/12/2016.
In order to do this challenge, you are agreeing to:
- Complete all the sign-up activities to get a clear assessment of where you're starting and what your goals are.
- Track your food daily in MyFitnessPal
- Exercise for at least 30 minutes, 3 times a week
- Participate in / contribute to the weekly meetings and message boards
- Be accountable and encouraging to yourself and others
- Treat yourself and others with love
