Remember to eat breakfast everybody! Breakfast kicks off your metabolism and starts your body burning for the rest of the day. Let's see what you're eating today :)

    I eat overnight oats regularly. It keeps my sugars down, and allows you to get creative with the flavors/toppings.

    I had McDonald's cause I was crazy tired. Need to get home at a reasonable time tonight so I can prepare better for tomorrow.

    Today was a new begining. I had oatmeal for breakfast with cinnamon and equal, bacon coffee.

    I usually have a late breakfast at the office. Today I had yogurt and high fiber cereal. You learn to like it eventually
