We worked our entire body. Table pushups, ball wall squats, restance lunges, stretching. balance oblique bends, Teakettle obliques and arms, resistance band arms/legs or chest/back. If you have ideas for next fitness Group - bring them and set up a rotation in the circuit. Music is a must have for next time
