Apple cider vinegar (organic)
This is a really good boost with trying to lose weight. Once a day in the morning is good but I take it once before bed. I also switch up with the vinegar or I use a detox tea ☕️ mmmm..
Daily calorie count!
Is anyone on a daily calorie count? I'm doing 1600 calories a day and I find it a little more difficult then my 1700 count I was doing for the month of January! I'm handling it and staying under but those 100 calories make a difference.. my aim is for 1500 in march is anyone else doing a calorie count? Does it work for you…
SPIN CYCLE
So one of the main exercises I do to burn a lot of calories is spin cycle.. I go non stop as fast as I can on a stationary bike for 40-60 mins.. my goal is to burn anywhere between 600-800 calories in a hour.. right now I'm at 500 abs for me that's great!! But I'm going keep at it.. does anyone want to try this challenge…

What are some things your doing to stay on your weight loss journey? I don't meal prep but I do weigh my foods out and I treat myself to a cheat meal once a week as long as I don't go over my calories. I also work out 5 times a week! I'm into the detox tea, the organic apple cider vinegar as well as vitamins/supplements..…
