This is a really good boost with trying to lose weight. Once a day in the morning is good but I take it once before bed. I also switch up with the vinegar or I use a detox tea ☕️ mmmm..

I drink it before bed if I don't drink my detox tea!! But yes I agree so far so good for me as well!! But I will say the WAIST TRIMMER is also great to use while working out. You can just wear it around the house too.1

I really want to get one of those but I had a hard time finding one to fit me rite

Mine fit a little uncomfortable at first but the more working out I did it just started fitting right.. but if you can get one and work out with it on once you sweat it will start to loosen up.0
