Initial Test: 4 Rank: 1 Got the App ! Day 1 workout....I will be sore tomorrow and it was only a total of 12 pushups that were spaced out. I am going to start this on Monday the 18th (for Lent!) I actually did more than 20 (rank 3) on the initial test, however I did maxes on several other upper body exercises as well so I am a tender unit right now. I think I am going to start in rank 2 (column 2) to begin this program, we'll see come Monday! I'll log here…
