Day 1 workout....I will be sore tomorrow and it was only a total of 12 pushups that were spaced out. Its good to have a reality check :) I used to actually be in very good shape. This just reminds me , every slack day and every bite of crap adds up.

If I can go from 4 to 100 in 7 weeks then I'll be stoked but really? We shall see, this coincides with weightloss and cardio training so that will undoubtedly help.

    Day 2 (yesterday). -- The app doesn't have capabilities to post or view message boards so I didn't get a chance to update yesterday.

    These were easier in terms of arm strength...I'm finding that my main issue is with keeping my body straight for a good pushup but as I'm 7 weeks post C Section I think that will just keep getting better and better as those ab muscles heal up.
