Daily Routine Check-ins (good daily habits turned into long term habits)

Its important to take one step at a time. So instead of focusing on what you could achieve in a month or year from now which can feel overwhelming and far away, just focus on today and what you have achieved in completing. Every morning when you wake up, when your about to set in front of the t.v, or being constantly on the phone or computer...ask yourself these questions:

What am I doing with my Day?
Am I benefiting from this Day?
Will I be one step closer to my goal by... (insert what your doing right now)....?

Example answer: laying in bed, watching t.v, staying on the phone, eating when your not hungry
