Let's say that you been doing good all morning...you've ate breakfast, packed a healthy lunch to take with you to school or work. You decided to take the steps instead of that elevator that would have been easier...you've even took time to Exercise! Your not even hungry at this point but still you have a craving that starts to kick in...and your mind gets a going. What thoughts run through your head and what do you think is making you choose to ignore all the good that you did this far? How long do these urges last? Do you find yourself going back and forth in the kitchen or in front of a snack machine?
