I want this to work for everyone so the workouts are will be modifiable to your fitness level/schedule. Basically the schedule will include 3 days of cardio 3 days of strength training. Or 3 days of cardio and 2 days of strength. I know we can get busy during the week but let's shoot for a minimum of Four workouts a week.…
