Weekly workouts

I want this to work for everyone so the workouts are will be modifiable to your fitness level/schedule.
Basically the schedule will include 3 days of cardio 3 days of strength training. Or 3 days of cardio and 2 days of strength. I know we can get busy during the week but let's shoot for a minimum of Four workouts a week. It's mandatory that you give yourself at least 30 minutes!

I will be posting mini challenges daily. Something you can do in 5-10 minutes in the morning before work, or just include at the end of your regular workout. It could be a short YouTube video or just some calisthenics.
