Whole Food Plant Based
I started with the Engine 2 Diet Immersion for heart attack and diabetes prevention. Now vegan for life. Started a fitness program with my gym for more weight loss. Making progress, but annoyed with the nutritional advice. How can you eat 1500 calories and avoid carbohydrates. All food has carbs!
