Carbs
What's the general view on carbs? I'm not super low carbing it but generally trying to stay away from flour/sugar. So I really eat as a rule very little bread etc. I really do see a difference when I have even a small amount. Even if I'm still in my calorie goal I feel different and I don't lose. Mostly I don't eat them…

Sharing your food log
Does everyone know how to share their daily food log? Do we want to do that? I for one am cool with it, because I always need ideas. Just dont side eye my brownies lol
What is your fave (or least fave) thing about MFP?
I like being able to see other people's meals (for variety for me) and to cheer on success. I don't really have complaints.
