Be Balanced Challenge
A behavior change challenge that will ultimately result in a healthier you. Track all your meals, snacks, beverages and exercise and use all the tools Fitness Pal has to offer. Winner of this challenge will have the most complete and healthiest looking 2 weeks. They also will have logged in daily exercise. STARTS Sept 1st and ends Sept 15th. WINNER will be announced by Sept 18th. NO CHEATING! (we dont necessarily mean on meals...we mean HONOR system!) Don't forget to track everything- even the not so great choices. And we know you wouldn't DARE think of tracking something you really didnt eat just to appear healthy! You DO NOT need to enter your weight. (this is for your purposes only) You DO have to make your diary visible to others for the entire month. (do this under settings) Even if you are not declared the 1st place winner, you will have WON because you will have created new healthy eating and exercise habits, more than likely have lost weight if that was your goal, and gained SO MUCH awareness that will carry on to the months ahead!
