I really feel good after working out but the problem is I am so tired during the workweek that I hardly ever do. I need some inspiration and motivation to get me up and moving after working all day.:happy:

A couple years ago I went kayaking. It was so relaxing and fun that this year I bought 2! Now my daughter and I can take these out on the water. Not only are we getting a fun workout, it is a great opportunity to just enjoy being together.
Whoopie! Taking off with my teenage daughter to hit the toboggan run at Pokagen State Park. Still enough of winter left to go out and do stupid things with the kid. Building memories and erasing my butt.
I really have just started the whole exercise thing. It has been 2 weeks and I am really starting to like it. I look forward to it now. I never thought I would be one of those people but I just may be. 4 pounds down this week and looking forward to Sundays Zumba Party!
