ISP New/Old You Nutrition Challenge

This is a 45 Day Nutrition Tracking Challenge that will start on January 15, 2018 and go through February 28, 2018. One of the best ways to lose weight and keep it off is to simply keep track of the foods we eat. Gimmicky machines and fad diets don’t work. This challenge is not limiting you to any one type of diet or restricting you of any foods you currently love to eat. All we want you to do is just track your current quantities of foods you eat for breakfast, lunch, dinner and snacks over the next 45 days.
