Fitness and Health After 50
This group is designed for those people over 50 years of age. After running a CrossFit Gym for the past 10 years, I wanted to share my experience and knowledge of working with the over 50 demographic. As a 50 plus person myself, I am experiencing the same issues that other over 50 year olds are having. This group is to support and encourage our goal of getting in better shape to ensure a higher quality of life, especially as we go through the negative effects of aging.
