Health ipmaired

I'm a 56 year old woman who has many health issues. Many buldging and herniated disc's multiple rotator cuff injuries degenerative disc disease vertigo diabetes carpal tunnel both hands diabetic neuropathy retina neuropathy ranauds syndrome etc for six months I needed a walker since covid took the muscles in my legs away in a week. I've managed to walk now 40 mins after dinner to get the muscles back though vertigo and vascular problems make it hard and spinal issues very painful.. how can those in pain with major issues improve without doing more damage?
