I love looking for new workouts on Pinterest and found a couple 30 day challenges that I'm going to combine, so it becomes a full body workout. Excited to start and see where I'll end up in 30 days. I'll keep updating as the month passes.
I also started out wanting to loose 50 pounds on March 13th. Since then I have lost 23 pounds and feel great. I have changed my goal, and want to loose more. So, by November 1st, I plan to loose 50 more pounds. No carbs, swimming, walking has been working for me.
