I made some protein balls yesterday that turned out well...not exactly sure on quantities but you can check as you go. 60g cashews 60g almonds 60g sunflower seeds 2 tblsp cacao 4 tblsp choc protein power 2 tblsp peanut butter Honey/Rice Malt Syrup Mix it all in TMX, roll into balls, roll balls in coconut, refrigerate :)
